New Door Realtors LLP is looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage the company’s complete digital presence. The role goes beyond traditional social media marketing and involves ownership of development and website management, SEO implementation, online lead generation systems, and performance tracking across platforms.
The selected candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing the company’s online ecosystem including the website, landing pages, Google Business Profile, property portals, and digital campaigns. The position requires coordination with creative resources, content creators, video editors, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and measurable marketing performance.
The role focuses on data-driven marketing where campaign decisions are guided by KPIs, analytics, and conversion tracking. The candidate will implement and manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and lead attribution mechanisms to monitor traffic, enquiries, and campaign performance.
This position is ideal for someone who understands both marketing strategy and website infrastructure, and can bridge technical implementation with business outcomes such as lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create, Manage and maintain the company website, landing pages, and content structure
- Implement on-page SEO, technical SEO improvements, and keyword optimization
- Monitor website performance, indexing, and search rankings
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), tracking pixels, and event tracking
- Track and analyze KPIs such as traffic, CTR, conversions, and lead quality
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, property portals, and advertising platforms
- Optimize Google Business Profile and local SEO visibility
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, and content creators for marketing assets
- Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion flow
- Manage online listing portals and enquiry channels
- Prepare performance reports and campaign analysis using analytics tools
- Maintain brand consistency across website and all digital platforms
- Monitor competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities
Skills & Requirements
• Experience with SEO, website development and management, and digital marketing campaigns
• Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking
• Knowledge of content strategy, lead generation, and performance marketing
• Ability to manage creative resources and coordinate marketing workflows
• Familiarity with WordPress or CMS-based website management
• Strong analytical thinking and KPI-driven decision making
