The first door opens
New Door begins operating in Jaipur’s property market, handling residential and commercial transactions and building the local market familiarity the firm is known for, in localities like Mansarovar and Vaishali Nagar.

2016
A formal structure
The firm is registered as a proprietorship. The way of working is already set, and has never changed: documented transactions, verifiable property details, and no informal assurances.

2021
RERA registered
New Door obtains RERA agent registration RAJ/A/2021/2461. Compliance stops being a claim and becomes something every client can verify on the official portal.

2026
New Door Realtors LLP
The firm converts to a Limited Liability Partnership and moves into its new digital home at newdoorrealtors.in. Same leadership, same principles, a stronger structure.

Today
Four townships and counting
Active work concentrates on JDA-approved plotted townships along the Ajmer Road growth corridor near Mahindra World City SEZ: four active projects and more than forty plot variants, alongside farmhouse and agricultural land, kothi, and commercial engagements across Jaipur.
